欧盟委员会5月12号发表报告指出，最近一个时期，欧盟有关部门检查出很多来自国外的危险商品。为了防止危险的商品进入欧盟市场，欧盟启动了一个快速预警机制，将这些危险商品挡在了市场之外。
欧盟委员会表示，欧盟市场被提醒注意和防范的中国商品，占所有商品的58%。
欧盟委员会保护消费者专员约翰∙达利（John Dalli）在记者会上赞扬欧盟对商品检测取得的成果。
另据《法新社》5月12号的报导，从公布的一项调查显示，由于中国和印度的电脑拥有数量暴增，软件商在亚太地区因盗版损失的金额居各地区之冠。
在去年，中国的电脑软件盗版猖獗，使全球计算机软件工业在中国市场的损失超过200亿美元，损失金额达到1309亿元人民币，比上一年提高了1.55%。
另外，据美国商业软件联盟表示，全球去年安装的盗版软件总值逼近590亿美元，亚太地区就占187亿美元。
中国去年安装77.8亿美元的盗版程序，是亚太地区的主要盗版国家，在全球名列第2。
据《新纪元周刊》报导指出，近几年来，大陆有毒产品一样出口到海外，引起国际社会的恐慌。
如苹果干含致癌物、叉尾含违禁抗生素、干贝和沙丁鱼带腐败细菌、蘑菇沾有非法杀虫剂、鲶鱼、虾抗生素超标，花生酱有沙门氏菌，导尿管、唇膏不合格等，更有甚者，在标有“金针菜干”、“蔬菜”的集装箱里，却是美国严禁进口的鸡肉、猪肉，当然还有各国媒体曝光的毒饲料、毒糖浆、毒鱼、毒牙膏、毒毛毯等。
不少西方媒体表示，作为世界加工厂的中国，它的有毒商品已构成了“另类中国威胁”。
“天涯杂谈”《从中国食品安全谈中国造假行业》文中写道，中国是一个造假大国，造假行业发展到现在已经是无一不全了。都可以分门别类，搞成一个大的百科全书了。
前广东华南理工大学轻工食品学院院长高大维教授表示，毒素的根源在中共，而不是中国人，中国人也是受害者。
他认为，衡量有毒食品的其中一个指标，恐怕是“道德含量”。中共推崇的唯物主义无神论否定了善恶报应，让人失去了对干坏事后要遭惩罚的畏惧心理，整个社会物欲横流，拜金思想横行，人没有任何约束、不择手段的捞钱。
高大维表示，中共正在以各种方式威胁着全人类。

In 2010, software piracy of in China was rampant,
causing a loss of USD 20 billion in the Chinese market
to the global software industry.

According to U.S. Business Software Alliance, in 2010,
the total value of pirated software was USD 59 billion,
and Asia Pacific region accounted for USD 18.7 billion.
Pirated software of USD 7.78 BN was installed in China.
China is No. 2 globally in terms of pirated software.

have been exported, causing panic overseas.
These include dried apples with carcinogens,
fork tails with contraband antibiotics, mushrooms with
illegal pesticides, catfish with excessive antibiotics,
peanut butter with Salmonella and so on.
In containers marked with ‘vegetables’, there was
chicken prohibited from being imported into the U.S.
Foreign media also exposed various tainted foods.
Western media said, China’s toxic products have
become an “alternative Chinese threat".
